The Hoover Dam
Today we went to visit the Hoover Dam located in Boulder city Nevada. We are tourists and we are here to learn about the water held by the Hoover Dam and to see some of the sights. The area where the Hoover Dam is located in is semi-mountainous except the Dam itself i made of stone. Some things we have learned about water just from visiting is that water is not only necessary for life but can also supply power to homes. Some other things it can do is destroy cities but this dam was built to prevent that from happening, at least that's what the tour guide said. The relationship between humans and Earths water at this location is the fact the "we the humans" built this dam to prevent massive water damage.
